If you haven't tried it yet the new Eden fragrance is worth a go, suprisingly it doesn't smell quite so dry shampoo esq. It's sweet in fragrance and not too heavy as I've found in the past, with some of the original scents they can be quite overpowering, it only takes the slight flick of your hair and you can smell nothing but dry shampoo. As with the others in the Batiste range it helps to freshen your hair up and add a touch of volume for those days, when you haven't got the time to wash your hair! Plus the packaging is really cute, admittedly that's what drew me towards it in the first place! It's a bargain in superdrug at £1.69 it would be rude not to buy. I hope you find it as useful as me x

The Pudding Stop - St Albans
If you love dessert The Pudding Stop is a must. I've been meaning to go for ages and the weekend just gone, I definitely made up for lost time by going twice! It's such a cute and quirky place, it's perfect for a cheeky dessert in the evening but also for an early afternoon pit stop. They offer a great selection of treats, I warn you if you look at the menu online your mouth will be left watering! www.thepuddingstop.com
The service in there is speedy considering it's only small and you can only book in advance if it's for a table of 8 or more. If you do have to queue it's worth the wait I promise! The staff are really friendly and happy to help you make the difficult decision of what to have. On my first visit I chose the rhubarb crumble with custard, if you like crumble this is to die for it looks small but it's super filling don't be deceived, plus the custard is yummy it's the perfect pud for a chilly winter evening.
On my second visit I tried the peanut butter brownie with salted caramel, so good! Everytime I think about it I want another one. The salted caramel sauce quite literally oozes out when you bite into it, mmmmm I need another one in my life now! If you are visiting St Albans you have to go, it's the perfect place to catch up with friends, especially if you have a sweet tooth like me.
I will most definitely be going back....x

Scarf it up!
Scarves are by far my favourite accessory for the winter months, keeping you snug and warm in the coldest of weather. I'm a massive fan of the oversized scarfs which you can double up to keep your arms warm as-well. I recently got bought a new scarf for my birthday in December, which I love it's navy and burgundy with a tartan print, it goes with all my winter outfits and keeps me nice and warm. It also doubles up brilliantly as a small blanket for those extra chilly days! It's from Newlook, which is great as all the scarves are reasonably priced and come in various colours, I might have to treat myself to another one....it'd be rude not to!
I'll be sure to keep you posted on any new purchases I make! I've got my eyes on a couple of cute outfits from Topshop and Oasis, so keep your eyes peeled ;) x

Thank you Viktor & Rolf
Not only do I love Viktor & Rolf Flowerbomb perfume, they recently bought out a new frangrance BonBon, which I am in love with! The bottle is super cute in a gorgeous purple bow and it smells Devine, for those of you that like sweeter yet heavy floral tones you will love this. As with most of Viktor & Rolf perfumes it's a little more on the expensive side, its worth treating yourself to or asking for it as a present like I did! If you want to try it, you can test it in most department stores (I went to Debenhams).
Verdict if you hadn't guessed already I love love love this perfume and highly recommend you go and test it, as it's definitely worth a sniff or two! X

Cute hair accessories
These bow hair ties are the perfect purchase from Primark. They stretch out enough to go around a small to medium bun or if you like to wear your hair in a pony tail, they wrap around enough times that your hair is secure. I love how easy they are to use and that they go perfectly with any outfit.
You can't beat a Primark bargain! X

New years resolutions!
I have a love/hate relationship with New Years resolutions because like most of us, I tend to set myself unrealistic targets! I guess this post is more just to let you know what my resolutions are, so here are my top 5:
1. To have more of a positive outlook - as the saying goes positive thinking leads to a positive outcome!
2. Write more blogs! At present I have to apologise for my lack of writing my aim is to try and write one every week.
3. Start a VLOG on Youtube, I've been meaning to do this for the last 6 months!
4. Participate in another charity run of some sort, maybe another half marathon!?
5. Eat more healthily (this one is on my list every year!) however I would like to share healthy meals I make with you!
So keep your eyes peeled! and feel free to share what yours are with me :)
Here's to prosperous and positive 2015 x

My top 10 buys for the winter months
1. Kurt Guiger - Bonjour Boots
Not only are they the perfect fashion boots for this season, they are the most comfortable boots that I currently own (and I own A LOT!) They have a cute little cut out panel at the side and gold buckle. If you have wide feet, they are nice and roomy, with the beauty of a decent sized heel that you can wear comfortably all day.
The perfect treat for dry lips, with the added advantage that it plumps your lips without leaving them sticky and it lasts ages.
As my canvas converse are rather grubby and ready for the bin! I decided to treat myself to a pair of leather converse and I'm so glad I did. They clean up much more easily and if you find normal converse tight these stretch slightly with wear.
I love this jacket it's great for day and evening wear, better yet it was a bargain in Topshop for £35 reduced! It's the perfect autumn/winter jacket keeping you warm enough when it's chilly outside.
Great for clearing the skin and getting it ready for the party season/ rescuing it after!
These are the perfect necklaces for adding a bit of sparkle to your outfit. If you like the ones in my photo I'm sure you'll love the many beautiful statement pieces on the website - www.dollybowbow.co.uk
The best hydration for dry skin, not only does it instantly soothe your skin but it smells amazing!
8. Imperial leather - Ginger & Spice
This has to be my favourite Foamburst fragrancet! It is the perfect wake-up call for my morning shower and it smells amazing, plus it last ages.
9. Lilly of Flame - Snow Fall
Perfect for those cosy evenings in during the chilly months, I love the little tins they come in so cute and ideal for presents.
